August for Preschoolers

This month our preschoolers are focusing on the basic truth that God loves them. Our memory verse found in Joshua 1:9, "God is with you wherever you go."

Don't forget to look at the Small Talks that come home with your child each week. They're a great opportunity for your child to share with you what he or she learns each week, and often include ideas to further your conversations at home!

August in AllSTARS

Honor is our virtue on Sunday mornings this month. What's "honor?" "Letting someone know you see how valuable they really are." Don't we all need to ask God to help us grow this virtue in our lives?!

Our memory verse is found in Romans 12:10, "Love each other deeply. Honor others more than yourselves."

We have a great chance to honor a valuable part of our community that is often overlooked--our senior citizens! Join us Friday, August 8th at 11:00 am to help serve lunch to the Eagle County Seniors. We'll be meeting at Crown Mountain Park for a great time of serving together, eating together, and having some fun together!

Then on Friday, August 15th at 5:30 we'll have a Kids' Movie Night at the church for preschool and up. Free hot dogs and drinks will be provided!
